Newport City Council car parks
You can pay by card at all council-owned car parks
See individual car parks for parking tariffs.
Some free car parking bays may be found at:
- Hollybush Avenue, Malpas (Unionist Club) - 20 spaces
- Coldbath Road, Caerleon - 25 car spaces, 8 coach spaces
Motorcycles
Motorcycles can park in car parks at the same cost as cars, using the allocated spaces and not any other areas.
Long stay parking
Customers should take a ticket on entry to car park and inform staff of the intention to leave the car for the relevant number of hours.
Payment of £6.20 a day will be totalled and expected on the day.
