Capel Grange has been providing residential, nursing, dementia and convalescence care since 2009.
Set in its own grounds, with a scenic garden and lawn area for residents to relax and enjoy, the modern, purpose-built home has 72 single, ensuite bedrooms, two well-furnished lounges and two dining rooms in which to socialise, participate in group activities or entertain visitors.
Each area has complimentary tea and coffee making facilities to enable people to enjoy refreshments together.
The garden is accessible and secure. There is a hair salon with visiting stylists.
Registered with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate for Wales (CSSIW), Capel Grange provides the highest standards of accommodation, delivering 24 hour person-centred care and support with highly experienced registered nurses and care assistants.
The whole building exceeds CSSIW requirements with bigger bedrooms, wider corridors, spacious lounges and a high staff to resident ratio.
Capel Grange is owned by Linc Cymru Housing Association Ltd and is operated by Linc Care, the health and social care division of Linc Cymru.
Each resident living at Capel Grange has a unique care plan with their care requirements and personal preferences.
