Business self-assessment
Newport City Council's public protection services includes trading standards, animal health, environmental health, licensing and community safety.
New businesses are asked to complete the self-assessment questionnaire which is used to provide you with relevant council guidance.
The questionnaire assesses your compliance with Health and Safety at Work legislation and also gathers information that can be used by all public protection services.
